My name is Steve Shipley, I have been doing photography for a few years and my main focus is on wildlife photography although I do enjoy other types of photography from Street,Sport's,Landscape and Events . I am based in East Yorkshire and had a interest in wildlife all my life. Doing things like pond dipping and looking for birds nests when I was a child, Now in my fifties I still have that interest and still love to go pond dipping and have a couple of small ponds in my garden to enjoy.
Here on the East Coast we are lucky to have a wide variety of wild life from the sea birds at Bempton Cliffs to the more wild landscape's of the North Yorkshire Moors.
My biggest Photography influence is a friend Called Norman Wright who has helped me develop into the photographer I have become with the help of one or two other people along the way .
I also enjoy Dog photography if you would like a bespoke photo shoot with your dog it can be done on location at a place like Beverley Westwood or somewhere we can pre arrange (please note that we may have to change dates for this if the weather is not going to be good)
